What happens right after I install?
The app scans your catalog (about 60 seconds) and shows exactly how much cash is trapped in products that haven't sold in 60/90/120 days, plus the top offenders by value. From there, one click puts suggested tiered clearance discounts in front of you for approval.
Will it change my prices without asking?
No. Nothing changes until you approve it. You also get a minimum price floor, excluded collections, a master pause switch, and automatic price restoration when a product starts selling again.
How does the storefront clearance section work?
It's a Theme App Extension: zero code, matches your theme automatically, and updates in real time as products go on and come off clearance. Add it from your theme editor in one click.
Detection & discounts
How does it decide what counts as dead stock?
You set the thresholds (60/90/120 days without a sale by default). The app tracks sales velocity per product and escalates discount tiers as items age, for example 15% at 60 days, 30% at 90, and 50% at 120. All tiers are editable.
What if a discounted product starts selling again?
Prices restore automatically. The goal is recovered cash, not permanent markdowns.
Does it work on large catalogs?
Yes. Scans are paginated and run server-side. If you have a very large catalog (10,000+ SKUs) and hit anything slow, email us; the founder responds personally, usually within hours.

What's free, exactly?
The free plan includes full catalog scanning, dead-stock detection, and discount suggestions on monitored products, enough to see your trapped-cash number and start clearing. Paid plans add daily auto-sync, bulk actions, the weekly digest, and the storefront widget.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. Billing stops automatically through Shopify. Your prices revert to their originals on uninstall.
